Teesheets watches 73 Utah golf courses and alerts you when a tee time matching your courses, dates, and times opens up — free. No refreshing booking pages, no missed cancellations: set your preferences once and let the alerts come to you.
How the alerts work
Tell Teesheets which courses you play, which days work, and the time windows you want. It checks the courses’ own booking sites around the clock — roughly every 3–4 minutes, with faster re-checks during high-demand booking windows — and spots a matching slot within minutes of it appearing, whether it’s a fresh release or someone’s cancellation.
On supported courses, alerts are verified at click time: when you tap one, Teesheets re-checks the course’s booking site to confirm the slot is still open before sending you to its booking page. You book directly with the course — Teesheets never books for you and never holds inventory.
Four ways to get alerted
- Text (SMS) — a text to your verified phone.
- Telegram — a message in your Telegram chat, free.
- Email — alerts in your inbox.
- Push — a notification on your phone or desktop, where supported.
Pick any combination — push availability depends on your device. Delivery is best-effort per channel: each alert goes out to the selected channels available for it, and one channel failing never holds up the rest. Whether an alert goes out instantly or lands in the digest is decided per matched alert rule — never per channel: a time-sensitive find — a tee-off coming up soon, or a rule you’ve flagged to notify immediately — goes out instantly, quiet hours and that rule’s frequency cap permitting; everything else is folded into a tidy digest every one to three hours.
