Fresh enough to trust. Verified when you tap.
A tee-time alert is only worth something if the time is still there when you arrive. That takes speed and honesty, so we publish both: the numbers below are measured live from our poller — not marketing copy — and everything else on this page describes what the system actually does.
How fresh, exactly
Measured live from our poller — last full cycle finished Aug 6, 2026, 11:39 PM (MT). Quiet far-out dates relax to a 10 min cadence so course booking sites never see more traffic than needed.
Verified the moment you tap
Listings go stale on every aggregator — someone books the slot and a listed time becomes a phantom. Our answer is click-time verification: on courses running foreUP (most of our board), tapping Book triggers a live re-check of that exact slot against the course’s own booking system, within about 2 seconds. If it just filled, we say so instead of sending you to a dead page. On booking systems where a slot-level re-check isn’t possible, we send you straight to the course’s live booking page — the source of truth either way.
Alerts that respect you
- Four channels: text (SMS), push (web and iOS), Telegram, and email — pick any combination per alert rule.
- Quiet hours, built in: set a window (say 10pm–7am) and instant alerts that would land inside it are held for your morning digest — never dropped, never a 2am text. Off by default; entirely yours to configure.
- Precise windows: alert rules match your exact time window, party size, and holes — not broad morning/afternoon buckets.
What we don't do
- No auto-booking. We never book, hold, or reserve anything on your behalf. You book on the course’s own site, signed in as you.
- No fees, no markup. Teesheets is free and adds nothing to the course’s price. We never resell or discount inventory.
- No paywalled alerts. The alert core is free — not a trial.
Our polling pledge to course operators
If you run a golf course whose tee sheet we watch, this section is for you. Teesheets exists to fill your cancellations at your full rate through your own booking engine — here is exactly how we behave, in writing:
- Published, polite poll rates. We read your public tee sheet the way the booking widget does, on the cadences published above — a few lightweight reads per course every few minutes, backed off further for far-out dates. No scraping storms, ever.
- We identify ourselves. Every request we send carries an identifying User-Agent you can find in your access logs:
TeesheetsPoller/1.0 (+https://teesheets.golf/trust; help@teesheets.golf) - A named contact. Questions, rate concerns, or anything else: help@teesheets.golf reaches us directly.
- Stop on request. Ask us to stop polling your course and we stop. No argument, no delay.
- Every booking is yours. Every booking goes through YOUR booking engine, at your rate, under your policies. We never hold, resell, or discount your inventory. No barter, ever.
Golfers we alert book the times your cancellations would otherwise strand. If you’d like a heads-up before we add your course, a widget for your own site, or anything in between — email us.
Frequently asked questions
How often does Teesheets check each course?
Every enabled course is checked on a roughly 3-minute baseline cycle. High-demand dates — the next 48 hours, early mornings, and weekends — are checked about every 2 minutes; far-out quiet dates about every 10 minutes. The live measured numbers are published on this page.
What happens when I tap Book on a tee time?
On courses running foreUP, Teesheets re-checks that exact slot against the course's booking system at the moment you tap, within about 2 seconds, and tells you if it just filled. On other booking systems you go straight to the course's own booking page. Booking always happens on the course's site — never through us.
Will Teesheets text me in the middle of the night?
Not if you don't want it to. Set quiet hours on your account and any instant alert that would land inside your window is held for your morning digest instead of waking you. Quiet hours are off by default and entirely yours to configure.
