By using Teesheets you agree to these terms. Teesheets watches public tee-time availability for the golf courses you select and notifies you when a matching slot appears.
Service provided as-is
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a tee time shown in an alert is still available or bookable by the time you act on it — availability changes constantly and bookings are handled by the courses, not by Teesheets. We are not responsible for missed, full, or cancelled tee times.
SMS alerts and consent
Entering your mobile number to sign in only sends you a one-time login code — it does not opt you in to recurring tee-time alerts. Consent to recurring SMS alerts is separate and optional: you give it by ticking the optional SMS-alerts checkbox when you sign in, or by selecting SMS delivery in your Settings. It is not a condition of signing in or of using Teesheets, and you can withdraw it at any time. If you opt in to SMS alerts:
- These are recurring alert messages.
- Message frequency varies — you only get a message when a matching tee time is found.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Message delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We deliver alerts on a best-effort basis and cannot guarantee delivery, timing, or that every matching tee time will trigger an alert.
