The corridor runs from SunRiver and Green Spring in the city out through Coral Canyon and Sky Mountain toward Hurricane — where Sand Hollow's cliff-edge back nine and Copper Rock draw destination play — and north to The Ledges above Snow Canyon and the new Black Desert Resort on the lava fields at Ivins.

Demand inverts here compared to the rest of the state: January through March is peak season, snowbird traffic keeps winter sheets tight, and in summer the race is for dawn times before triple-digit heat arrives by mid-morning.
